These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Young Hustlers Universe ("Young Hustlers Universe", "YHU", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website, mobile application, Academy, Plazas, Federation, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing YHU, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use Young Hustlers Universe.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally permitted to use online services and enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and protecting access to your account.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

2. Young Hustlers Universe Services

Young Hustlers Universe may provide features relating to professional development, learning, networking, communities, memberships, applications, verification badges, messaging, opportunities, leads, content, artificial intelligence tools, and other platform services.

Availability of particular features may depend on your account status, division, membership, application approval, subscription, purchase, verification status, geographic availability, or other eligibility requirements.

3. Academy, Plazas, and Federation

YHU may provide different divisions or access levels, including Academy, Plazas, and Federation.

Some features may require application review or administrative approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, membership, access, introductions, business opportunities, or financial results.

Certain Federation, Plaza, Academy, or verification features may have separate eligibility or access conditions displayed within the service.

4. Purchases and Paid Access

Certain YHU features may require payment, a subscription, verification badge purchase, or other paid access.

The price and duration displayed at the time of purchase apply to that transaction, subject to any applicable taxes, platform rules, or payment-provider requirements.

Payment processing may be provided by Apple, Stripe, OxaPay, RevenueCat-supported infrastructure, or other payment services made available through YHU.

5. Apple In-App Purchases

Digital purchases made through the Young Hustlers Universe iOS application may be processed using Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.

6. Auto-Renewing Monthly Subscriptions

Where a YHU product is identified as a monthly auto-renewing subscription, the subscription renews automatically each month unless it is canceled before renewal in accordance with Apple's subscription rules.

Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the YHU application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Access associated with an active subscription continues for the applicable paid period, subject to Apple's billing status and YHU's verification of the corresponding entitlement.

7. 30-Day Non-Renewing Access

Where a product is identified as 30-Day Access or a non-renewing subscription, the purchase provides access for the stated 30-day period and does not automatically renew.

A new purchase may be required if you want to continue using the relevant paid feature after the 30-day access period expires.

8. Lifetime Access

Where a product is identified as Lifetime Access, it is intended as a one-time purchase that provides access to the corresponding eligible YHU feature for the supported lifetime of that service, subject to these Terms and applicable platform requirements.

Lifetime Access does not transfer ownership of YHU, its software, intellectual property, underlying technology, or content.

9. Restore Purchases

Eligible purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase system may be restored using the Restore Purchases feature provided in the YHU iOS application.

Restoration depends on the Apple Account used for the original purchase and the availability and validity of the corresponding purchase entitlement.

10. Refunds and Billing Issues

Refunds for purchases processed by Apple are subject to Apple's applicable payment and refund policies.

For purchases processed through another payment provider, refund eligibility may depend on the provider, transaction type, applicable law, and any purchase terms displayed at checkout.

11. User Content

You may be able to submit profile information, messages, posts, images, videos, files, applications, leads, comments, and other content through YHU.

You retain responsibility for content you submit and confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit and use that content through YHU.

You grant YHU a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and provide the service.

12. Acceptable Use

You must not use Young Hustlers Universe to:

• Commit fraud or impersonate another person.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or intentionally harm others.
• Upload malicious software or attempt unauthorized access.
• Circumvent security, payment, eligibility, or access controls.
• Use another person's account without authorization.
• Misrepresent professional, financial, identity, or application information.
• Violate intellectual-property rights or applicable law.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of YHU.

13. Opportunities and Third Parties

YHU may facilitate networking, introductions, professional opportunities, leads, collaborations, or connections between users and third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, YHU does not guarantee that an introduction, lead, membership, course, connection, application, or opportunity will produce employment, investment, income, business results, contracts, partnerships, or any particular outcome.

Users are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before entering into transactions or relationships with other users or third parties.

14. Intellectual Property

Young Hustlers Universe, including its software, interface, branding, original platform content, graphics, logos, systems, and technology, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, license, or exploit protected YHU materials without authorization.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, enforce these Terms, respond to fraud or abuse, comply with legal requirements, or address serious violations.

Ending an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Apple subscriptions must be managed through the applicable Apple Account subscription settings.

16. Service Availability

We work to keep Young Hustlers Universe available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may be updated, improved, replaced, suspended, or discontinued where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, product, or operational reasons.

17. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YHU is provided on an "as available" basis. Information, educational content, artificial intelligence output, networking opportunities, and platform communications should not be treated as guaranteed professional, financial, legal, medical, investment, or other specialized advice.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Young Hustlers Universe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Privacy

Your use of YHU is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

20. Apple Standard EULA

For the Young Hustlers Universe iOS application, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies where required in addition to these Terms.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as YHU evolves or as legal, technical, payment, platform, or operational requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page with the latest revision date.
